If you send your number on the join page we store that number, the zip code if you gave one, and which page you sent it from. Nothing else. There is no account, no login, no name, no email.

Separately, the site counts page views so we know which pages people actually open. That count includes your IP address, browser, and the pages you visit on this site. It is not tied to your phone number.

The number is used to text you about releases, videos, shows, and merch. The zip is used to text you about shows near you instead of shows on the other side of the country.

We do not sell your number, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.

The list sits in a hosted database. The site runs on a hosting provider. Page views go to an analytics provider. Texts go out through a messaging provider and your carrier delivers them. Each of those companies handles the data on our instructions and nothing else. Ask and we will tell you which ones.

Reply STOP to any message and the texts end. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Stopping the texts is not the same as deleting your number. To have it deleted, email lucasp070707@gmail.com from any address and say so, with the number. We delete the row.

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, UK and EU residents have those rights by statute. Same address: lucasp070707@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it or treat you differently for asking.

We keep numbers until you ask us to delete them or the list is retired. Page view data is kept for one year.

This site is not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If a number belonging to a child under 13 ended up on the list, email us and it goes.

The analytics above set a cookie to tell one visit from the next. No advertising cookies, no ad network pixels, no cross-site tracking. If you turn on Do Not Track or block the script, the site works exactly the same.
